No Returns or Refunds After Order Placement

Once an order has been placed on Kaldees, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
All sales are final.

We are unable to make changes, cancellations, or offer refunds once the order has been placed.

We strongly recommend checking all product details, sizes, specifications, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, permits, inspections, and any other applicable regulations is solely the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee approval by local authorities.

Only Exception: Wrong Product Sent

A return or refund is only allowed if we send you the wrong product.

If the item you receive is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To report the issue, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product you received

  • Photos of the packaging, if possible

Once our team verifies the mistake, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. This will be done at no extra cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Incorrect size, model, or product selected by the customer

  • Color or design expectations

  • Shipping delays caused by courier services

  • Minor variations in appearance that do not affect product use

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged or Opened Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photos before opening it and contact us immediately.
Failure to report visible damage at delivery may result in the request being declined.

Late or Missing Requests

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
We are unable to process return or refund claims without proper proof or within the allowed timeframe.
