8. No Returns or Refunds After Order Placement

Once an order has been placed on Kaldees, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
All sales are final.

Our products are processed and prepared immediately after an order is confirmed. Because of this, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or offer refunds once the order has been placed.
